Resumen

Frente a los conflictos en las relaciones sociales y políticas, podemos optar por un gobierno que busque eliminar las oposiciones, aunque tenga que ejercer su poder de manera unilateral y sin límites jurídicos; sin embargo, también tenemos la oportunidad de construir un gobierno regulador y, al mismo tiempo, regulado por un marco normativo que, más que eliminar las diferencias, intenta canalizarlas legal e institucionalmente.

In the face of conflicts in social and political relations, we can opt for a government that seeks to eliminate oppositions, even if it has to exercise its power unilaterally and without legal limits; however, we also have the opportunity to build a regulatory government which, at the same time is regulated by a normative framework that, rather than eliminating differences, tries to channel them legally and institutionally.
