: Molecular exclusion chromatography is a biochemical technique that helps to obtain particles of interest by retaining them in gels with regulated porosity. Due to its great simplicity and flexibility, this tool is used to identify biomolecules, viruses, etc. For example, it is currently used for the study of fatty acid-binding proteins, which have crucial roles in the regulation of metabolism and cell growth.
