Comunes urbanos: entre los tradicionales y nuevos bienes colectivos

Resumen

Este texto reflexiona sobre los bienes comunes urbanos, su concepto, los elementos que lo caracterizan y cómo se clasifican. También plantea problemáticas asociadas con las condiciones sociales y económicas de la ciudad que dificulta el mantenimiento de los comunes a largo plazo. Dichos planteamientos se derivan del proyecto “Apropiación colectiva de los espacios verdes públicos de la ciudad de Durango, México”, el cual recibió financiamiento por parte del Instituto Politécnico Nacional, a través del Programa Especial de Consolidación de Investigadores (PECI).

This text reflects on urban commons, their concept, the elements that characterize them and how they are classified. It also raises problems associated with the social and economic conditions of the city that make it difficult to maintain the commons in the long term. These approaches are derived from the project “Collective appropriation of public green spaces in the city of Durango, Mexico”, which received funding from the National Polytechnic Institute, through the Special Program for the Consolidation of Researchers (PECI).
