Resumen

Las obligaciones en materia civil son fundamentales, ya que se aplican en distintas áreas del derecho, tales como fiscales, laborales, administrativas, penales, entre otras, son adoptadas con el fin de cubrir vacíos o regular aspectos que se encuentran incompletos o defectuosos en su campos de estudio, sin embargo siempre habrá que estar atentos a su aplicación con el objeto de respetar las bases del derecho civil y sobre todo la materia de las obligaciones, que parten del derecho romano y que hasta en la actualidad continúan aplicándose  con adaptaciones a las necesidades de la sociedad que se destinen, sobre todo por su utilidad y beneficio.

Obligations in civil matters are fundamental, since they are applied in different areas of law, such as fiscal, labor, administrative, criminal, among others, they are adopted in order to cover gaps or regulate aspects that are incomplete or defective in their nature. fields of study, however, we will always have to be attentive to its application in order to respect the bases of civil law and especially the matter of obligations, which are based on Roman law and which continue to be applied to this day with adaptations to the needs of society to which they are allocated, especially for the usefulness and benefit they have represented.
